• The dress rental service is for people who are photographers, or have booked a photographer elsewhere, but wish to rent a Flying Dress for their photoshoot. There is an optional assistance service for an extra fee. The assistant delivers your dress washed and ironed to the location of your photoshoot, helps manage it for 1 hour, and later returns it for your convenience. The assistant will also bring you a portable tent, and give you access to any of our hair accessories. The assistant is great for photographers who do not have their own or have never worked with this type of dress before.
• People who book a session with us will be receiving the full photography service including the Flying Dress of their choice. Also included are 2-3 dress assistants, 1 posing assistant, a portable tent for easy wardrobe change and access to any of our hair accessories.

Our dresses are adjustable; we offer many options for people of all sizes. When you speak to one of our representatives, please indicate your bra size (number and letter) and dress size. With that information, they will let you know if you need to do a fitting prior to your session. Most of the times fitting is not necessary.

• Bring skin-colored shorts
• Bring silicone pads for the breast area to avoid using bras as these are visible through the dress, and are not flattering in the pictures.
• Wear clothing that is quick and easy to change such as light dresses and flip flops.
• Eat well and stay hydrated prior to your photoshoot.
• Avoid sleeping too late if you’re doing a sunrise photoshoot.
• Avoid excessive sun tanning that may create harsh lines on your skin, as these can only be softened slightly during editing and will remain visible in the final product.
• Avoid performing aesthetic surgeries prior to your session as this might cause swelling that will not allow you to attend your photoshoot for medical reasons.
• Practice your desired poses ahead of time. This makes a world of difference when it is time to stand in front of the camera.
• Make sure you are familiar with the meet up location and the logistics of how to get there. Keep in mind that the San Juan area is very busy, and is prone to lots of traffic, especially in the afternoons, Saturdays, and Sundays. If you are using ride sharing apps, take into account the time it takes for them to pick you up and drive you to the meet up location. This is very important as clients that arrive 15 minutes late will be required to pay an additional fee and if 30 minutes late will automatically lose their reservation.
• Remember that Puerto Rico is a tropical island. It is hot, humid, sandy, and can have occasional bugs. Come prepared with everything you need to combat these factors so your experience is comfortable and fun.

Generally, we like to do our photography sessions during “golden hour”, which happens near sunrise and sundown. This provides the best lighting for our photography style, and the most comfort for the client. From our experience, mid-day photoshoots are usually very uncomfortable due to the heat and humidity in Puerto Rico. Some locations may require different times of the day. If so, one of our representatives will be notifying you of the exact time for a photoshoot in that particular location.

Yes, but if you’d like to use one of our dresses for studio photography, you could rent a dress, and we can give some recommendations of photographers that would be best for studio photoshoots.

Photos can take up to 20 working days (Monday-Friday) to be sent. This delivery period must be taken into consideration when booking your session date, as we edit strictly by booking date order.

We are currently not offering hair and make-up, but we can give you some recommendations. It is important to arrange this ahead of time as hair and make-up salons in Puerto Rico work strictly by appointment.

We recommend that you choose a hairstyle that is wind resistant as that is a big factor coming into these photoshoots. Having these types of hairstyles will give you more freedom when you are posing.

We do not provide transportation. Our recommendation is that you use ride sharing apps or contact taxi services through your hotel.

We do photoshoots in any location on the island. Locations outside of the metropolitan area (San Juan and adjacent counties) will have an extra fee depending on the distance.

Our editing includes color and lighting correction, skin softening, blemish removal, obstacle removal, and any other technique useful in creating a bright clean, look in the final product. We do not do any kind of body modifications such as: abdomen, chin, arm, leg or face size reductions/augmentations. Our recommendation is that you choose a dress that makes you feel beautiful, and does not make you feel self-conscious about any detail that may be on your mind prior to the photoshoot.

• El servicio de alquiler de vestidos es para personas que son fotógrafos o han contratado a un fotógrafo, pero desean alquilar un vestido para su sesión de fotos. Ofrecemos un servicio de asistencia opcional por una tarifa adicional. El asistente entrega su vestido lavado y planchado en el lugar de su sesión de fotos, lo ayuda a manejar durante 1 hora y luego lo devuelve para su comodidad. El asistente también le traerá un cambiador portátil y le dará acceso a cualquiera de nuestros accesorios para el cabello. El asistente es excelente opción para los fotógrafos que no tienen uno propio o nunca antes han trabajado con este tipo de vestido.
• Las personas que reserven una sesión con nosotros recibirán el servicio completo de fotografía incluyendo el “Flying Dress” de su elección. También se incluyen dos asistentes de vestuario, un asistente de poses, un cambiador portátil y acceso a cualquiera de nuestros accesorios para el cabello.

Nuestros vestidos son ajustables; Ofrecemos muchas opciones para personas de todos los tamaños. Cuando hable con uno de nuestros representantes, indique su talla de sujetador (número y letra) y talla de vestido. Con esa información, te avisarán si necesitas hacer una prueba antes de tu sesión. Usualmente no es necesario medirse el vestido, pero si deseas coordinar una cita puedes contactarnos.

• Llevar licras cortos o interior cubridor color piel.
• Lleve almohadillas o copas de silicona para el área de los senos para evitar el uso de sujetadores ya que estos se ven a través del vestido y no son favorecedores en las fotos.
• Use ropa que sea rápida y fácil de cambiar, como vestidos ligeros y sandalias abiertas sin amarres.
• Importante: Coma bien y manténgase hidratado antes y durante su sesión de fotos.
• Evite dormirse tarde si su sesión de fotos es al amanecer.
• Evite el bronceado excesivo que cause marcas en su piel, ya que éstas sólo se pueden suavizar ligeramente durante la edición y permanecerán visibles en el producto final.
• Evite realizar procedimientos estéticos antes de su sesión, ya que esto causa hinchazón u otras reacciones en su piel que no le permitirá asistir a su sesión de fotos.
• Practique sus poses deseadas con anticipación. Ésto hace una gran diferencia cuando llega el momento de pararse frente a la cámara.
• Asegúrese de estar familiarizado con el lugar de encuentro y la logística de cómo llegar allí. Tenga en cuenta que el área de San Juan es propensa a mucho tráfico, especialmente en las tardes, sábados y domingos. Si está utilizando aplicaciones de transporte o taxi, tenga en cuenta el tiempo que tardan en recogerlo y llevarlo al lugar de encuentro. Esto es muy importante ya que los clientes que lleguen 15 minutos tarde deberán pagar una tarifa adicional y si llegan 30 minutos tarde perderán automáticamente su reserva.
• Recuerde que Puerto Rico es una isla tropical: caliente, húmedo, arenoso y ocasionalmente puedes encontrar insectos como mosquitos. Ven preparado con todo lo que necesitas para combatir eso y haz que tu experiencia sea más cómoda y divertida.

Generalmente, nos gusta hacer nuestras sesiones de fotografía durante la hora dorada, que ocurre cerca del amanecer y el atardecer. Esto proporciona la mejor iluminación para nuestro estilo de fotografía y la mayor comodidad para el cliente. Por nuestra experiencia, las sesiones de fotos de 8:00am – 4:00pm son muy incómodas debido al calor y la humedad de Puerto Rico. Algunas ubicaciones pueden requerir diferentes horarios del día. En ese caso uno de nuestros representantes le notificará la hora exacta según el lugar.

Sí, pero si desea usar uno de nuestros vestidos para fotografía de estudio, puede alquilar un vestido y le recomendaremos fotógrafos que realicen sesiones de fotos en estudio.

Las fotos pueden tardar entre 20 días laborables (Lunes a Viernes) en enviarse. Este plazo de entrega debe tenerse en cuenta al reservar la fecha de su sesión, ya que editamos estrictamente por orden de fecha de reserva.

Actualmente no estamos ofreciendo peinado y maquillaje como, pero podemos recomendarle algunas opciones. Es importante organizar esto con anticipación; ya que la mayoría de salones de belleza y maquillaje en Puerto Rico atienden estrictamente por cita.

Le recomendamos un peinado que sea resistente al viento, ya que es un factor importante en estas sesiones de fotos. Tener este tipo de peinados te dará más libertad cuando estés posando.

No proporcionamos transporte. Nuestra recomendación es que utilice aplicaciones de transportación o solicite los servicios de taxi a través de su hotel.

Realizamos sesiones de fotos en cualquier lugar de la isla. Las ubicaciones fuera del área metropolitana tendrán una tarifa adicional según la distancia.

Nuestra edición incluye corrección de color e iluminación, suavizar textura de la piel, eliminación de imperfecciones, eliminación de obstáculos y cualquier otra técnica útil para crear un aspecto limpio y brillante en el producto final. No realizamos ningún tipo de modificación corporal como: reducción/aumento de tamaño de abdomen, mentón, brazos, piernas o rostro. Nuestra recomendación es que elijas un vestido que te haga sentir hermosa y que no te haga sentir cohibida por ningún detalle que pueda estar en tu mente antes de la sesión de fotos.
